As a working father I tussle with the demands of leadership and parenthood, but am endlessly grateful to have both roles.
Having worked in every area of the business, from Admin Support to Senior Consultant, I am interested in fostering a culture that recognises interdependence, collaboration and inclusiveness. Each person’s story is vital in the overall narrative of the company. To create alignment from these stories I focus on ‘the purpose’ of our organisation, its values and the results that follow.
I have a bias toward talent, fortunately I believe everyone has talent and I enjoy creating stages for people to connect with and express their talents. I am committed to helping organisations release the talents of their people, and for their people to develop a fluency of self-expression.
